The urological system of women’s and men’s are very much different and the symptoms and causes are based on personal anatomy.
The functioning way of urinary catheters of men and women is mostly the same to drain the urine from the bladder, but the design of the catheter is very different in both men and women. In men, a urinary catheter is inserted through men’s personal part, but in women, the catheter application is based on bladder position which changes every time with obesity, age, childbirth etc.

Incontinence is the inability to control urinary function. These types of incontinence vary between women and men. If the urinary incontinence is not normal, then it is symptomatic of urological issue.

This problem leads to weak pelvic muscles and put external pressure on the bladder. When the pressure goes to the bladder during running, sneezing, laughing and coughing, it leads to leakage of urine from the bladder.

The common cause of overflow incontinence in men is due to blocking of urethral and enlarged prostate, which affects the person when they are over the age of 50.

Every incontinence problem mentioned here can be treated. But for that a person need to consult with a doctor. He/she should not hesitate while concerning with the urological doctor and start taking medical treatment according to doctor prescription. Otherwise, these problems can lead a person to death if not solved at the starting age.

    1. Great that you consult to the doctor because if you avoid

these symptoms and didn't consult with the doctor then it could be a

      severe problem.
