  • Urethral Syndrome: Defined as symptoms suggestive of a lower tract urinary infection, without any evidence of bacterial or viral infection as a cause.

    1. You should take care of personal hygiene , avoid constipation, cleaning of private parts twice a day, avoidance of deodorants or extensive invasive cleansing, urination post–intercourse, dietary supplement such as cranberry juice or concentrates, regular use of pro biotics.
